Clear!

That’s right! My lungs are clear! I’d shout it out but I don’t want to wake up the boys. More importantly, though, I want to save my lungs for a short run tomorrow night (please, do not let it rain tomorrow).

It now looks like next Saturday’s 5K is a go. If I go by the “half time” ratio to get your body back in shape, I can do it. I’ve been off good running for 16 days; in those days, I had 2 lousy runs. I have 10 days before the run to find my speed again, and that gives me 2 days grace.

I’m back!
